Changelog

What's new in Kanavu AI, newest first.

Version 1.0

  • The platform is complete: CRM, scheduling, invoicing, AI receptionist, marketing, reviews, team management and thirty-plus modules, verified end to end.
  • A public status page at /status that reads the same monitoring our own alerts do, and this changelog.
  • Invited teammates see exactly the settings that are theirs, admins can hand over a join link directly, and a custom-sized enquiry arrives already sized.

Work offline, message on WhatsApp

  • My Day now works in a dead spot: check-ins, job notes and photos made with no signal are saved on the phone and sync themselves — with the time you actually did them — the moment you're back in coverage.
  • WhatsApp is now a two-way channel: customer replies arrive in your WhatsApp inbox, matched to the right contact, with delivery and read receipts on what you send.
  • Gift cards can no longer be over-redeemed when two staff ring one up at the same moment.

Example data that says so, and honest upgrade emails

  • New workspaces start with example customers and invoices so nothing is blank — and the dashboard now says exactly how much of what you see is example revenue, with one button to clear it.
  • Every page passed a phone-sized audit: 44px tap targets, readable text, and one consistent loading state across the dashboard.

New pricing, quotes that book themselves

  • Plans from Free (forever, 1 seat) to Business, per-seat quotes beyond, priced by seats and clients with a calculator on the pricing page.
  • When a customer accepts a quote it becomes a booked job automatically — a task for your team, a booking link for them, and revenue that only counts once it's real.
  • A public enquiry form on the home page, landing in an enquiries inbox with statuses.

The receptionist answers, dunning follows up

  • The AI receptionist answers missed calls by text, holds the conversation, and books the appointment into a real slot.
  • Failed subscription payments get a polite, escalating dunning sequence instead of silent churn.
  • Onboarding finishes the job: connect a number, invite the team, import customers — each step tracked to done.
