Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Kanavu AI platform operated by ARAM Technologies (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By signing up or using Kanavu AI, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your business. If you are using Kanavu AI on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@kanavuai.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Kanavu AI for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or violate CAN-SPAM / TCPA regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt our systems.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Upload or transmit malware or harmful content.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Downgrading may result in reduced functionality.

Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. Cancel any time from the Settings → Billing page.

5. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial period your account converts to the Free plan unless you upgrade.

6. Your Data

You own your data. We process it only to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time from the Settings page.

7. Intellectual Property

Kanavu AI and its underlying technology are owned by ARAM Technologies. You retain ownership of content you upload or create. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process that content to operate the service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Kanavu AI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARAM Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use ofKanavu AI. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use Kanavu AIceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

12. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
